Coach of the Year#

Submit nominations to USS for the following coaches categories no later than December 4th  at 12m MST.
All nominations must be submitted to mwohlrab@usspeedskating.org to be evaluated by the Coaching Task Force. Fill out the appropriate form and include a head shot of the nominee.

NOTE: Nominations are only accepted for achievements from January 1, 2024 - December 1, 2024.

Development Coach of the Year 2024 - A Developmental Coach of the Year nominee is coach of a youth club, high school or junior-level, or a coach directly responsible for coaching athletes to the junior and/or elite level. This award is based on accomplishments of the coach from January 2024 to December 2024 The nominee must currently be coaching or within their first year of retirement.

Volunteer Coach of the Year 2024- A Volunteer Coach of the Year nominee is a coach who does not receive payment in any form for their involvement in coaching at any level.  This award is based on the accomplishments of the coach from January 2024 to December 2024. The nominee must be actively coaching athletes or within their first year of retirement.
