Salt Lake City, Utah (September 17, 2024) - Tickets are available now for the dynamic ISU Short Track World Tour coming to the Utah Olympic Oval in November.
In Utah's first international winter competitions since the 2034 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games award, the "Fastest Ice on Earth" will host back-to-back weekends of short track speed skating action presented by the Utah Olympic Legacy Foundation, US Speedskating and the Utah Sports Commission.
The ISU Short Track World Tour, held Nov. 1 through 3, is the marquee skating event of the winter season with a brand-new format showcasing this intense and entertaining sport. Utah is the second of six stops on the World Tour across North America, Asia and Europe shining the spotlight on the world’s fastest short track skaters from the United States, the Netherlands, South Korea, China, Canada, Japan, Italy and more.

The United States' Kristen Santos-Griswold headlines Team USA after a 2023/2024 season in which she medaled at every ISU World Cup stop. Santos-Griswold won several gold medals in her best distance - the 1000m - including at the 2024 ISU World Championships in the Netherlands.
Team USA's Corinne Stoddard followed closely behind Santos-Griswold’s record-setting season, winning bronze at World Championships and six individual medals throughout the 2023/2024 season, placing her in the top 5 women skaters in the world.

Last hosted on the Oval's ice in November 2022, the ISU Four Continents Short Track Speed Skating Championships returns Nov. 8 and 9. This event features world-class skaters from North America, South America, Asia and Oceania vying for world titles.
Santos-Griswold swept the women's 500m, 1000m and 1500m events at the 2024 ISU Four Continents Championships against competitors from Canada, China, South Korea and more. U.S. Olympian Andrew Heo took home bronze in the Men’s 500m and the Mixed Relay Team won silver, placing the U.S. toward the top of the 2024 ISU Four Continents Championships medal count.
ISU Short Track World Tour tickets are available online for $20 or $70 for a family 4-pack. Prices increase for walk-up attendees to $25 per ticket or $80 per family 4-pack.
