2025 AmCup Final Long Track & Colombian Championships

Get ready to witness the thrilling conclusion of the AmCup racing series! After exciting stops in Milwaukee, WI and Roseville, MN, the series culminates in Salt Lake City at the Utah Olympic Oval. This is your chance to see the up and coming speedskaters of this nation in action as they race for victory in the overall racing series.

This final event will crown the winners in the Juniors, Seniors, and Masters categories, based on cumulative points earned over all three events. Spectators will enjoy exciting speedskating action featuring races ranging from the high-speed 500 meters to the grueling 5000 meters.

Preliminary race schedule:

Friday: 500m , 1000m. 3000m W, 5000m M

Saturday: 500m, 1500m, 5000m W, 10,000m M

Sunday: 1000m, Mass Start events

Races are scheduled to begin at 9:00 AM each day and are expected to wrap up by 1:00 or 2:00 PM.

Entry Deadline:

February 25, 2025 at 5pm MT

Entry Fee: $125

Late entries accepted until March 3, 2025 5pm MT. A $100 late entry fee charge will apply.

Preliminary Schedule:

Friday: 500m #1 W/M, 1000m #1, 3000m W & Masters, 5000m M

Saturday: 500m #2 W/M, 1500m W/M, 5000m W, 10,000m M (both C time standard)

Sunday: 1000m #2 W/M, 2x10 laps W/M

Coaches Meeting and Draw:

Thursday: 5:30pm virtual

A Zoom link will be sent to all eligible coaches named by their athletes during the registration process.

Eligibility:

·      Current USS member in good standing

·      International athletes who are a  member of a foreign NGB

·      To compete in the World Cup Qualifier in any other event than the 500m you must have a “D1” (seniors or a “D2” (juniors & masters) time standard in any distance

·      Participants in the US Open Masters nee a IMSSC time standard

Athlete Check-In:

All athletes are required to pick up their transponders either in person or via a designated individual on Thursday, March 6 10:00 am to 3:00pm at the Utah Olympic Oval upstairs offices.

No deposit will be required.

Not returned transponders will be charged to the skater at $100/unit.
