2024/25 Oval Fall Challenge Short Track
September 21-22, 2024

Format: All-Finals - Elimination
This competition is open to all skaters skating ages 5 and over. Competition will be run as an ability mixed gender competition based on 500m and 1000m seed times.
Competition will be run with all final- elimination format.
Entry Deadline:
September 10th at 5pm MT
Late entries accepted until September 15th 5pm MT. A $100 late entry fee charge will apply.
Preliminary Schedule:
Saturday: 2pm-5pm
Sunday: 2pm-5pm
Coaches Meeting:
Thursday: 5:30pm
A Zoom link will be sent to all eligible and current coaches named by their athletes during the registration process.
Official Training:
Official Training is available complimentary on
Friday, Sept. 20th from 2:15pm-3pm

Equipment:
All participants are required to wear a skin suit, helmet, and gloves. While cut-resistant skin suits are recommended but they are not mandatory.

Eligibility:
- Current USS member in good standing
- International athletes who are a member of a foreign NGB
Athlete Check-In:
All athletes are required to pick up their helmet cover and transponders in person on Friday, September 20th from 3pm-5pm or Saturday, September 21st . at the Utah Olympic Oval Timing Deck.
No deposit will be required.
Not returned transponders will be charged to the skater at $100/unit
Not returned helmet covers will be charged to the skater at $20/cover
