Garbage in, garbage out. Eating a healthy, well-balanced diet is a key part of good training. Now, that’s not to say that our athletes don’t indulge in fast food every once in a while (but don’t tell our nutritionist), but they know it is important to maintain a healthy diet to fuel their training.
