HOW DID YOU GET INTO SPEEDSKATING?

I started out inline speed skating in Missouri when I was 3. I decided to make the switch to ice in 2008 when I decided that I wanted to take another adventure and try to make the U.S. Olympic Team in Short Track Speedskating.

WHAT IS A CHALLENGE THAT YOU HAD TO OVERCOME?

Transitioning from Inlines to ice was not as easy as I thought it would be. The technique is completely different and the training is much more intense. I am still trying to learn the technique.
